**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Market and place “bench” IT consultants (CPT/OPT, H1B, and U.S. citizens) with clients and vendors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and clients to secure job opportunities and negotiate contracts.
- Negotiate competitive compensation rates, contract terms, and project durations to achieve mutually beneficial placements for consultants and clients.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, resume submission, interview scheduling, feedback follow-up, placement, and post-placement follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of consultant status and placement activity using ATS or Excel.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- 1+ years of experience in bench sales or IT staffing, with a track record of successful placements.
- Strong communication (verbal and written), relationship-building, networking, and sales skills.
- Proven negotiation ability and up-to-date market knowledge.
- Attention to detail in resume review and profile matching.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and job boards.

**Required**:

- Prior experience working with CPT/OPT, H1B, and U.S. citizen consultants.
- Must have own laptop/Desktop.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, IT, or a related field.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
