We’re Hiring: US IT Bench Sales Recruiter (100% Remote)
Location: Remote
Type: Full-Time
Experience: 4+ Years
Are you a high-energy Bench Sales Recruiter with a solid understanding of the U.S. IT staffing market? We're looking for someone who can market bench consultants (H1B, GC, OPT, USC, etc.), build strong vendor relationships, and close placements with Tier 1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market bench consultants to clients, vendors, and partners across the U.S. Build and maintain relationships with prime vendors and direct clients. Track submittals, schedule interviews, and coordinate onboarding. Identify new business opportunities and potential clients. Maintain and update a consultant database for ongoing requirements. Negotiate rates, prepare resumes, and ensure consultant readiness. Collaborate with immigration/HR teams for compliance and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 4+ years of US IT Bench Sales recruiting experience. Knowledge of U.S. visa types (H1B, GC, OPT, H4EAD, etc.) and job market trends. Experience sourcing through Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and similar platforms. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in marketing a variety of visa types (H1B, OPT, H4EAD). Familiarity with immigration policies and visa classifications. Prior experience using ATS platforms. If you're passionate about driving placements and building long-term vendor relationships, we’d love to hear from you
