**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor production machinery as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform basic setup and adjustments on machines.
- Inspect parts and finished products for quality and compliance with specifications.
- Report machine malfunctions or abnormalities to the supervisor promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the machine area.
- Follow safety guidelines and company policies strictly.
- Assist with routine maintenance and minor repairs under supervision.
- Keep production records and complete shift reports as required.

**Requirements**:

- ITI / Diploma / 12th Pass (Science/Technical background preferred).
- 0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment (freshers are welcome).
- Basic understanding of mechanical processes and machine functions.
- Ability to read technical drawings or measurements is a plus.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to factory conditions.
- Good attention to detail and a team-player attitude.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with tools and measuring instruments like Vernier calipers, micrometers, etc.
- Basic computer knowledge (for machine interface or data entry).
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
