**Job Title: Machine Operator**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor tissue paper production machines.
- Set up machines according to production requirements (roll size, paper type, embossing pattern, packaging settings).
- Ensure continuous machine operation by loading raw materials (jumbo rolls) and unloading finished goods.
- Monitor product quality and make adjustments as needed to maintain standards.
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting of machines.
- Report any mechanical issues to the maintenance team promptly.
- Maintain records of production output, downtime, and material usage.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Graduate or 12th
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a machine operator, preferably in tissue paper or paper product manufacturing.
- Knowledge of machine settings, paper grades, and converting processes.
- Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Physically fit and able to lift materials and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality and safety.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle pressure during high production demand.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
