**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Operation**:

- Operate various types of machinery, including lathes, milling machines, grinders, and drills, to produce parts or components according to specifications.
- Monitor machine performance, adjust settings, and troubleshoot issues to ensure efficient and accurate operation.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, checking dimensions, tolerances, and surface finish.
- Make necessary adjustments to machine settings or tooling to maintain product quality and meet production targets.
- **Maintenance and Repair**:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, and perform repairs or adjustments as needed to minimize downtime.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Adhere to all safety procedures, guidelines, and regulations while operating machinery and performing maintenance tasks.
- Identify potential safety hazards and report them to the appropriate personnel for resolution.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of machine operation, production output, maintenance activities, and quality inspections.
- Generate reports on machine performance, downtime, and production efficiency for review by management.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- years of experience as a Machine Operator, with a focus on mechanical fitting.
- Proficiency in operating various types of machinery and tools, including reading technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and practices in a manufacturing environment.

**Offered CTC**: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
