**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

*Set up, operate, and maintain manual
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders
- Measure and examine completed products for quality and adherence to specifications
- Make necessary adjustments to machine settings to maintain product quality
- Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on lathe equipment
- Monitor machine operations and detect malfunctions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Complete required documentation and production reports

**Required Qualifications**
- ITI - Mechanical / Turner(Core knowledge on Lathes)
- Minimum 2-5 years’ experience operating lathe machines
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Proficient in using measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
- Strong mathematical skills and understanding of geometric principles
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control mindset
