**Job Summary**

The After Sales / Student Support will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with students after they have enrolled with Yes Germany. This role focuses on ensuring high student satisfaction, providing continuous support until course commencement, and assisting with any post-enrollment services such as documentation, visa guidance, and pre-departure arrangements.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for enrolled students.
- Build trust and rapport with students and parents.
- **After Sales Support**:

- Assist students with required documentation and checklists.
- Provide updates on university offers, visa status, and travel arrangements.
- **Student Engagement**:

- Organize pre-departure briefings and webinars.
- Address queries and resolve concerns promptly.
- Ensure students have all information needed before departure.
- **Process & Compliance**:

- Maintain accurate student records in CRM systems.
- Follow internal SOPs and compliance requirements.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of student requests.
- **Coordination & Reporting**:

- Collaborate with the counseling, operations, and marketing teams.
- Provide regular status reports to management.
- Suggest improvements to enhance student experience.

- Knowledge of overseas education processes (preferably Germany).
