**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Leadership**: Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing, with a focus on growing the customer base for ERP solutions across the South Region.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their business needs to tailor ERP solutions accordingly.
- **Market Expansion**: Identify new business opportunities within the region and develop strategies to increase market penetration.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed regional sales targets and KPIs.
- **Travel**: Regular travel throughout the South Region to meet clients, attend trade shows, and engage in face-to-face presentations.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, support, and product teams to ensure alignment and seamless delivery of ERP solutions.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay up to date on ERP software products, industry trends, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge in sales conversations.
- **Sales Reporting**: Provide accurate and timely reporting on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years in sales, with a proven record of success in selling ERP systems or similar enterprise-level software solutions.
- **Regional Travel**: Must be willing to travel frequently within the South Region.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and negotiate effectively.
- **Self-Starter**: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and take initiative to drive sales results.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Familiarity with ERP software solutions and the ability to learn and understand new technologies quickly.
- **Team-Oriented**: Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work across departments to meet client needs and company goals.
