**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Program Coordination**:

- Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day activities of the Lighthouse Connect EDP.
- Coordinate with Lighthouse Centres and Outreach teams for the collection of the data.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members, mentors, and participants.
- Monitor and evaluate program activities and the growth of the entrepreneurs to ensure objectives are met efficiently.

**Community Engagement**:

- Work closely with the outreach team to engage with communities and identify potential participants.
- Facilitate awareness campaigns and promotional events to attract aspiring entrepreneurs.

**Collaborations**:

- Assisting in partnerships with organizations requiring support in entrepreneurial literacy and hub services.
- Foster collaborations to enhance the impact and reach of the program.

**Performance Metrics**:

- Regularly track and report on program performance against established targets with GOYN teams.

**Event Management**:

- Executing events related to the EDP, including workshops, seminars, and community engagement programs.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proven experience of at least 1 to 2 years in program coordination, community engagement, or related roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Understanding of entrepreneurship development and community outreach.
- Flexible and proactive approach
- Ready for travel across the city and outskirts of the City.

**Base Location**:Pune, Maharashtra
