**Sales counsellor cum Business Development Executive**

At Cedarwood, we treat both our teachers and parents as customers, your primary responsibility is to ensure customer delight. Some of the tasks that you’ll be doing are listed below:

- Prior sales experience in Education sector is mandatory
- Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.
- Will be handling online and offline sales, follow-ups, etc.
- Will be responsible to build coordial relation with parents to bring reference enrollments.
- Will also be responsible for the collection from the enrolled students.
- Will be partial work from home and partial travelling
- Will have to visit centres in Pune.
- Will have to patner with more centers to increase the revenue
- Coordinate marketing materials with vendors.
- Organise and participate in events at the centres or elsewhere.
- Support for offline and BTL activities
- Working on LeadSquare will be required, so knowledge of sales management systems is required.

**Requirements**:

- **Prior experience in Ed tech**:

- **Hands-on experience with LeadSquare or a sales management system**:

- **Own vehicle to travel to the centers.**:

- **Laptop and wifi**

**Work hours: 10:30-7:30,six days a week**

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
