Electrical Supervisor

Job Description: Site Supervisor & Site Engineer (Electrical)

Key Responsibilities

**Project Execution & Management**:

- **Supervise** day-to-day on-site activities for the installation of transmission lines, distribution networks, and substation bays.
- **Coordinate** with project managers, clients, and contractors to ensure smooth project flow.
- **Monitor** project progress and prepare regular reports on milestones, challenges, and resource allocation.
- **Ensure** all work is performed according to engineering drawings, specifications, and safety protocols.

**Technical & Quality Assurance**:

- **Interpret** electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and construction drawings.
- **Inspect** and verify the quality of materials and workmanship on site.
- **Conduct** and oversee testing and commissioning of electrical equipment and systems.
- **Troubleshoot** technical issues that arise during construction and installation.

**Safety & Compliance**:

- **Enforce** strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
- **Conduct** toolbox talks and safety briefings to promote a safety-first culture.
- **Identify** and mitigate potential on-site hazards.
- **Maintain** a safe working environment and ensure all necessary permits are in place.

**Resource & Team Management**:

- **Supervise** a team of technicians, electricians, and laborers.
- **Allocate** tasks and manage the work schedule of the on-site crew.
- **Provide** technical guidance and training to the team.
- **Manage** site logistics, including material delivery and equipment availability.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Diploma / ITI / Bachelor Electrical Engineering.
- **Experience**: Proven work experience in the **execution of electrical projects**, specifically involving **transmission lines, distribution networks, and substation construction**.
- **Technical Skills**: Strong understanding of electrical systems, power distribution, and high-voltage equipment. Proficiency in interpreting electrical diagrams and technical specifications.
- **Soft Skills**: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Must be able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- **Other**: Knowledge of relevant industry standards (e.g., IEC, IEEE) and safety regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
