Mep Supervisor

1. MEP Project Planning: Collaborate with the project manager and other stakeholders to develop MEP plans, schedules, and budgets for villa and bungalow construction projects.

2. Site Execution: Supervise and coordinate the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of all MEP systems, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection, in compliance with project specifications and building codes.

3. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all MEP works meet industry standards, safety regulations, and are executed to the highest quality.

4. Material and Resource Management: Monitor MEP material inventory, coordinate deliveries, and optimize resource allocation to ensure timely project completion.

5. Subcontractor Management: Oversee and manage MEP subcontractors, ensuring their adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

6. Progress Monitoring: Regularly inspect MEP works in progress, review work completeness, and report project status to the project manager.

7. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve MEP-related issues, providing technical expertise and proposing effective solutions.

8. Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety guidelines and promote a safe working environment for all on-site personnel.

9. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of MEP installation, inspections, testing, and commissioning.

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
