**Responsibilities**:
- Lead operational roll-out of the program in the district
- Support State Program Manager and field implementation partners in development of annual work-plans and budgets, context-specific strategies
- Review the program periodically in the district, including visiting the field regularly, to assess the fidelity of implementation, quality and effectiveness
- Support partners and Government functionaries to ensure delivery against agreed milestones and targets, identify gaps in delivery, and take corrective measures to reduce implementation gaps
- Identify capacity building needs of Anganwadi teachers, community members, Government stakeholders and partner team members
- Facilitate workshops, independently and supported by technical team, to build capacity of key stakeholders
- Ensure continuous dialogue with Government departments at the district level (WCD, Education etc.)
- Liaise actively with key agencies in the district, participate in district level platforms and events, ensuring high visibility of the program
- Plan and organize events, workshops and project visits for internal or external groups, as required Any other responsibilities, as per program and organizational requirements, as assigned by line manager.

**Education Requirement**:

- Necessary: Post Graduate Degree in education / social work / social science / rural management / any relevant field
- Desired: Qualification in Education, Early Childhood Development or related fields

**Experience Requirement**:

- Necessary: 5-10 years of relevant work experience
- Desired: Experience of training Anganwadi Supervisors and Anganwadi Teachers
