**Position**: Field Sales Executive
**Location**: 4th Floor, Continental Tower, Phase 8B, Sector 74, Mohali
**Job Type**: Full-time
**Experience**: 1-3 years in IT Sales (preferred)
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and engage potential clients for IT services (software development, Web & App Development, Digital Marketing Services etc.).
- Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Achieve sales targets by executing strategic sales plans.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Understand client needs and offer customized IT service solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to drive sales growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue projections.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings.
**Requirements**:
- 1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in IT services.
- Strong knowledge of IT solutions, software development, and digital transformation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business expansion.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
