We are seeking a motivated and experienced Client Relations Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for managing the **property verification process, which includes extensive telephone interaction with owners of premium properties in upscale areas like Vasant Vihar, Defence Colony, and Chanakyapuri etc.** Also the role will require to engage with the potential clients to understand, match their housing requirements using our CRM system and follow up.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Enquiries**: Handle client inquiries in a timely and professional manner across various marketing and communication platforms.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date property information within Zoho CRM, ensuring data integrity and precision.
- **Coordination**: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.

**Qualifications**:

- **Language Proficiency**: Must be fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- **Experience**:Proven experience of at least 1-2 years in customer care or related field is required for this role.
- **Organizational Skills**: Good organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- **Computer Proficiency**: Must be proficient in basic computer operations.
- **Familiarity** with Zoho CRM or similar CRM platforms preferred.
- **Real Estate Knowledge**: Basic understanding of real estate operations preferred but not mandatory.
- **Education**: Undergraduates are welcome to apply.

**Incentives**:In addition to the monthly salary there will be an **incentive.**
