**Job Title: Public Relations Officer** **Experience Level: 0-1 Years**

**Overview**:We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Public Relations Officer to join our team. This entry-level position is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a passion for communication, public relations, and healthcare to contribute to the positive image and reputation of our diagnostic lab. As a Public Relations Officer, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with the community, patients, and stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and execution of strategic public relations campaigns to enhance the visibility and reputation of the diagnostic lab.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to create engaging content for press releases, social media, newsletters, and other communication channels.
- Support the organization and coordination of events, seminars, and workshops to promote awareness of the lab's services and contributions.
- Monitor media coverage and industry trends, and compile reports on relevant news and developments.
- Assist in managing the lab's social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with online communities.
- Participate in the creation of internal communications materials, including announcements, memos, and presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of communication efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of public relations activities, contacts, and outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of crisis communication plans and assist in managing communication during sensitive situations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, public relations best practices, and emerging communication technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree.
- 0-1 years of experience in a public relations role is preferred, but recent graduates with relevant coursework or internships are encouraged to apply.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft compelling and engaging content.
- Basic understanding of public relations principles, tactics, and strategies.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms, content management systems, and basic graphic design tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry terminology and trends is a plus

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
