**Position Title: Public Relations Officer (PRO)**

**Role Overview**:
**Main Responsibilities**:

- Answer and handle inbound calls from franchise partners and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Accurately record and process orders, ensuring timely updates and follow-ups.
- Maintain financial records and make daily accounting entries using **Tally software**.
- Support routine administrative tasks including documentation, follow-ups, and resolving queries.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to orders, sales activities, and public relations efforts.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional communication.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong spoken and written communication skills in both **Hindi and English**.
- Hands-on experience with **Tally** and good working knowledge of **MS Office tools** (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A customer-centric mindset with a courteous and professional attitude.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaborating effectively within a team.
- Prior experience in customer service, accounting, or franchise coordination will be considered a plus.
