**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and Implement PR Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive PR strategies to raise awareness about the foundation's initiatives, programs, and accomplishments related to substance abuse prevention and rehabilitation.

2. Media Relations: Cultivate relationships with Digitel media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure positive coverage for the foundation's efforts. Coordinate and facilitate media interviews, press conferences, and media engagement.

3. Content Creation: Produce compelling and accurate content such as press releases, articles, blog posts, and social media updates to effectively communicate the foundation's activities and impact.

4. Event Management: Plan and organize events, workshops, seminars, and awareness campaigns to engage the public, donors, and stakeholders in substance abuse-related topics.

5. Crisis Communication: Develop and implement crisis communication strategies to address any negative incidents or controversies effectively while safeguarding the foundation's reputation.

6. Social Media Management: Manage the foundation's social media platforms to maintain an active online presence, interact with followers, and share relevant information.

7. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with donors, partners, government agencies, and other relevant stakeholders to garner support and enhance collaboration.

8. Monitor Public Perception: Monitor media coverage, public sentiment, and feedback to assess the foundation's image and adjust strategies as needed.

9. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on PR activities, media coverage, and the impact of PR efforts on the foundation's objectives.

10. Collaborate Internally: Coordinate with internal teams, including program managers and communications staff, to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with the foundation's goals.

Qualifications:

- Not Mendatory Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in public relations, preferably in the nonprofit sector or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with substance abuse issues and related policies is a plus.

This Public Relations Officer will play a pivotal role in shaping the foundation's public image, expanding its reach, and advocating for its cause in the fight against substance abuse.
