**Position Summary**:
As a Public Relations (PR) Specialist at Auromira Entertainment, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a positive public image for the company. You will play a pivotal role in shaping communication strategies, creating press materials, and establishing strong relationships with media professionals. Your efforts will ensure that our brand is consistently represented in the media, and our message reaches the right audience effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Media Relations**: Establish and maintain relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers to promote Auromira Entertainment’s content and initiatives.
- **Press Releases & Communications**: Write and distribute press releases, media advisories, and other communication materials that effectively convey company news, events, and updates.
- **Strategic PR Planning**: Develop and implement PR strategies and campaigns to enhance the company’s public image and brand awareness.
- **Crisis Management**: Work closely with senior leadership to manage any PR crisis situations, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- **Content Creation & Copywriting**: Develop compelling content for press kits, media pitches, blogs, and social media platforms to ensure consistent messaging.
- **Monitoring & Reporting**: Track media coverage and PR campaign effectiveness through reporting tools, ensuring measurable outcomes.
- **Brand Advocacy**: Act as an advocate for Auromira Entertainment, ensuring consistent messaging across all communications.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in public relations, preferably within the entertainment industry.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of media relations and social media platforms.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with PR tools and media monitoring platforms.
- A creative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with high-profile clients, media, and influencers.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
