**About the Role**

We are looking for a creative and media-savvy **Public Relations (PR) Officer** to manage the company’s image, communication strategies, and stakeholder engagement. The role involves building strong media relations, creating effective communication materials, and enhancing brand visibility in the market.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement PR strategies to strengthen the company’s brand image.
- Draft press releases, articles, newsletters, and other communication materials.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
- Manage company presence on social media and other digital platforms.
- Organize press conferences, events, and campaigns to promote company activities.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on PR outcomes.
- Handle crisis communication and maintain positive public perception.
- Collaborate with marketing and event teams for integrated communication efforts.

**Required Skills & Competencies**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & local language).
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Creative mindset with storytelling skills.
- Ability to handle media interactions and public speaking confidently.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and media monitoring tools.
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to manage reputation risks.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum: Graduate in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years in PR, corporate communication, or media relations (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
