**Position Overview**:
We are looking for an energetic and proactive **Client Relations Executive** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with external parties, managing client leads, and ensuring timely follow-ups for payments. Your goal will be to maintain strong relationships with clients and support smooth business operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Coordination**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and requirements.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-ups.
- Schedule and attend client meetings, both virtual and in-person, as required.
- **Lead Management**:

- Track, organize, and update leads in the CRM system or database.
- Nurture leads through consistent communication and provide them with necessary information.
- Monitor the conversion of leads into clients and report on progress.
- **Payment Follow-Ups**:

- Ensure timely follow-ups with clients for outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with the finance team to send invoices and payment reminders.
- Maintain accurate records of payments received and pending, ensuring proper documentation.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Resolve client issues promptly and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Regularly update clients on new products, services, or offerings.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare regular reports on lead status, client interactions, and payment collections.
- Maintain organized records of all communications and transactions.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in client relations, sales, or coordination roles.
- Experience in payment collections or invoicing is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and CRM tools (e.g.,Salesforce).
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
