**Job Description - Marketing Associate - Retention**

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Marketing Associate to join our team. As a Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts and contributing to the success of our organisation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Performance Analysis: Monitor the effectiveness of CRM initiatives by analysing key
performance indicators (KPIs) and providing actionable insights. Use data-driven approaches to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Data Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data in the CRM system.
Cleanse and organise data regularly to maintain data integrity.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour. Utilise research findings to propose innovative marketing strategies.
- Creative Contributions: Contribute creative ideas and concepts that align with the company's brand and objectives.
- Collaborative Approach: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design and
content, to align marketing efforts and achieve common goals.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate the performance and impact of CRM activities to the marketing and management teams.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- 0-2 years of experience in marketing, with a Bachelor's of technology or engineering degree preferred.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive valuable insights.
Ability to connect data points and propose data-driven recommendations.
- Numerical Proficiency: Comfortable working with numbers and proficiency in data analysis
tools, such as Excel, Google Analytics, or similar software.
- Creativity: Demonstrate creativity in proposing marketing ideas, content, and campaign
strategies that resonate with the target audience.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to changing marketing trends and technology
advancements.
- Detail-Oriented: Attentive to detail, ensuring accuracy in data management and reporting.
- Team Player: Strong collaborative skills and a positive attitude to work effectively in a
team-based environment.
- Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of marketing principles and concepts will be
advantageous.
- Previous experience with MO engage/ Web engage and similar tools is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
