Responsibilities
• Plan, manage, build, deploy, and analyze campaigns; monitor deliverability; and provide knowledge of best practices and recommendations for WhatsApp and email marketing campaigns.
• End-to-end WhatsApp campaign management and chatbot handling with good knowledge of meta guidelines and creative and content understanding as per the customer segment. Planning and executing the WhatsApp journey and flow of customers
• Develop an In-depth understanding of marketing KPIs across channels and. Understanding of terms like ECPM, CPC, CPO, CPL, CPV, CLTV, etc.
• Understand the content and compliance matrix of design across channels. Build dynamic and flexible WhatsApp and email templates that can maximize our ability to serve personalized and custom content.
• Create and maintain automated campaign journeys in retention platforms like CleverTap or MoEngage to nurture and engage our customers.
• Analyze email and WhatsApp campaign performance, create visualizations to present the data, and propose optimisations.
• Ensure high throughput of quality WhatsApp, emails, SMS/RCS etc. and results.
• Set up and manage tracking mechanisms: Working with the analytics team and tech team to develop a tracking system and report presentation.
What are we looking for in you?
• 1-4 years of experience in digital marketing, or remarketing/retention marketing, with a track record of driving measurable results.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels- specially Whatsapp, Email, marketing and SMS marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive and engaging content.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of retention platforms like Moengage, Clevertap and communication platforms like mTalkz, GupShup is a must.
• Strong in data analysis,data mining and data presentation.
• Should have knowledge of AppsFlyer
