**Mandatory Skills & Experience Required**
- Proven experience in **inside sales**, **telephonic counselling**, or **edtech sales**:

- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, manage targets, and close deals
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and sales reporting software
- Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Handle **inbound and outbound calls** to guide prospective students about available training courses
- Provide **career counseling** and help leads choose the right course based on their goals
- Convert leads received through **marketing campaigns, ads, and referrals**:

- Achieve or exceed assigned **sales targets and KPIs** on a monthly basis
- Build and maintain strong relationships with learners, ensuring **post-sale engagement and satisfaction**:

- Prepare and execute **short-term and long-term sales strategies** to increase conversions
- Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions and updates in the CRM system
- Attend team meetings, training sessions, and sales reviews to stay aligned with business goals
- Identify and leverage **referral opportunities** from the existing customer base
- Ensure a high standard of **customer support and follow-up**, addressing queries and concerns promptly
