**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated **Tele Sales Executive** to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers over the phone, presenting our products/services, generating leads, and converting them into sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.-
Understand customer needs and requirements to pitch appropriate solutions.-
Generate leads, follow up, and maintain a healthy pipeline.-
Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.-
Maintain records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in CRM/software.-
Handle customer queries, provide accurate information, and build strong customer relationships.-
Collaborate with the sales team to improve conversion rates.**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Tele Sales Executive / Telecaller / Inside Sales Representative (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.-
Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.-
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.-
Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools preferred.-
Fluency in [English/Hindi/Regional Language - as per your requirement].**Qualifications**:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream).-
Prior experience in tele sales / customer service / BPO preferred but not mandatory.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
