Job Description:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

- Proactively reaching out to potential clients to understand their needs and promote our products/services.
- Conducting effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition.
- Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and communication.
- Identifying new business opportunities and strategically expanding the customer base.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in Ed-tech is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
