
Administrative Assistant/receptionist

Duties and Tasks:
a) Answer and direct phone calls to the concern departments/ person
b) Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
c) Maintain contact lists.
d) Develop and maintain computer and manual filing systems
e) Order office supplies and coordinate with your reporting manager
f) Book travel arrangements if required
g) Provide information by answering questions and requests on helpline numbers
h) Generate reports as and when required
i) Handle multiple projects
j) Prepare and monitor invoices
k) Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for
repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques
l) Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; establishing
personal networks.
m) Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
n) Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
o) Organize travel arrangements for senior managers and CEOs.
p) Book conference calls, rooms, taxis, couriers, hotels, etc.
q) Coordinate different office procedures as needed
s) Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
t) Resolve administrative problems
u) Receive, sort, and distribute the mail
v) Manage staff appointments
w) Greet and assist visitors to the office
x) Coordination for courier delivery, package received confirmation and update the same to the
concerned dept.
y) Provide polite and professional communication
z) Implement clerical duties, Data entry work and administrative processes
aa) Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
