Job Title: Supply Chain and Administration ExecutiveLocation: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad

**Job Overview**:
We’re seeking a Supply Chain and Administration Executive to manage vendor relationships, handle price negotiations, and ensure the timely procurement of goods and services. You’ll play a key role in optimizing vendor performance and securing the best pricing for the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Ø **Vendor Management**: Identify, onboard, and maintain vendor relationships. Ensure timely deliveries and compliance, vendor verification, and vendor finalization.

Ø **Price Negotiation**: Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules to maximize cost savings.

Ø **Procurement Support**: Process purchase orders, monitor inventory, and coordinate with internal teams.

Ø **Documentation**: Keep accurate records of orders, contracts, and supplier communications.

Ø **Compliance & Quality**: Ensure adherence to procurement policies and quality standards.

Ø **Process Improvement**: Recommend and implement cost-saving initiatives.

Ø **Conduct market analysis for price comparison.**

Ø Ensure the vendor offers adequate maintenance services and responsive after-sales support**.**

Ø **Visit vendor locations for assessments and coordination.**

Ø **Liaise with internal departments (IT, Accounts, Pantry) for verification and adherence to approval protocols.**

Ø **Ensure compliance with organizational protocols, maintaining integrity, honesty, and confidentiality at all times.**

Ø **Draft and review contracts, ensuring alignment with company standards.**

Ø **Prepare and manage the purchase department budget.**

**Ø Oversee file management and vendor records.**

Ø Manage daily office operations, including facility management and administrative support. Supervising housekeeping activities.

Ø Manage office supplies inventory and place timely orders to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Ø Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and legal/administrative requirements.

Ø Assist management in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative deliverables.

Ø Maintain office records, files, and documentation in an organized and secure manner.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Administration, Business Management, or related field.

**Experience**: 2-3 years in procurement or vendor management.

**Skills**: Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office and procurement skills. Familiarity with office management systems, record-keeping, and reporting. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Problem-solving and decision-making ability. Interpersonal skills for coordinating with employees,vendors and inter departments.
