Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchase Executive Accounts at Akshayakalpa Organic located in Hyderabad. The Purchase Executive will be responsible for managing purchase orders, purchase requisitions, purchase management, and effective communication within procurement processes.
**Responsibilities**:
Purchase:
- Maintaining the purchase standards ensuring that all purchases adhere to it.
- Review inventories and order as required.
- Interact with suppliers for negotiating best price & terms.
- To keep tracking status of the orders and ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitoring deliveries as per agreed contracts.
- Creditors Management. Payment coordination, balance confirmation etc.
- End to End leading plant capex purchasing.
- End-to-end coordination with suppliers.
Stock & Inventory:
- Stock accounting. To ensure continuous production by maintaining minimum stock level of packing materials & raw materials.
- Material management, including ordering, receiving, handling rejected materials and returns.
- Monitoring storage of packing materials.
- Developing inventory tracking system.
- Team development. Anchoring meeting & facilitate team learning training & development.
- Problem solving in handling materials.
- Stock controls, delegating inward & outward of materials.
- Monitoring indenting & material issuing process.
- Coordinating in plant operations for critical requirements & on time purchase.
- GRN controls. Verification with PO & Invoices.
- Maintaining overall store hygiene & material safety environment.
- Safeguard assets of stores.
- Monitoring physical stock audits.
- Generating SOPs based on operations.
- Farm store administration. Indenting & farm supply arrangements
- Monitoring timely & accurate delivery of farm supplies
- Organizing transportation for farm supplies, accurate billing & payment follow ups.
- Control on BMC & AMCU accessories movement.
- Farm supplies cost analyzing & circulars management.
- Coordinating with extension team for BMC supplies & critical requirements.
**Qualifications**:
Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions management skills
Experience in Purchase Management
Strong communication skills
Procurement knowledge and expertise
Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience in the organic industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
