Position: Accounts Executive

Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad

**Salary**: 30000 to 35000 per Month Negotiable as per Current Salary

Experience: 3-5 years in real estate

Qualification: Post Graduate In Commerce
- Should have sound knowledge of finance and accounting principles, standard laws regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records through book keeping and reconciliation.
- Accounting job like punching of vendors bills/TDS deductions/payment / receipts/ JV booking/others.
- Maintain, pay and file returns for GST, TDS, Income tax, etc on monthly / quarterly / yearly basis.
- Should assist in audit work & provide all the working & related commercial documents required to the auditors.
- Bank Reconciliation for all accounts, Petty Cash.
- Calculation of payroll for the company
- Reconcile creditors and debtors, and obtain periodic confirmations
- Book monthly entries for income and expenses
- Should be able to account properly all Sales, purchase, receipts, payments, etc.
- Assist in Balance Sheet Finalization
- Ability to multi-task.
- Able to prepare monthly accounts and MIS reports, timely submission of Daily, weekly and monthly reports, checking regular reports.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should have knowledge of accounting software - Tally Prime / Zoho Finance.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
