**Role Overview**:
This is an exciting **client-facing** role for ambitious individuals looking to kickstart their career in commercial real estate. As a **Real estate Sales Personal,** you will support our leasing advisory team in identifying business opportunities, engaging with corporate clients, and facilitating commercial property transactions.

You will **interact with C-level executives, startup founders, and decision-makers**, providing you with rare early-career exposure to senior business leaders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Research and identify businesses with **office space, Retail space, requirements.**:

- Assist in reaching out to **CXOs, Founders, and Senior Decision-Makers** to understand their **real estate** needs.
- Participate in **client meetings, property tours, and presentations**.
- Build relationships with landlords, developers, and commercial property owners.
- Support in preparing proposals, market insights, and transaction documentation.
- Maintain and update client interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on leasing trends, market benchmarks, and competitor activities.

**Who Can Apply**:

- Bachelor's and Master’s in **Business Administration, Commerce, Real Estate, or Marketing**.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence to interact with senior professionals and present solutions clearly.
- Good business acumen and interest in the real estate industry.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
