**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products/services.
- Achieve daily call targets of 30-40 calls, maintaining quality standards.
- Engage potential customers to understand their requirements and explain the benefits of our offerings.
- Schedule appointments for site visits based on customer availability and interest.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in telesales or a similar role.
- Graduation degree in any field.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu (spoken and written).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and tailor product/service pitches accordingly.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
