**Profile - Jira admin.**
- **Jira Administration**:

- Manage and configure Jira projects, workflows, custom fields, permissions, and issue types.
- Install, configure, and manage Jira plugins and add-ons to enhance system functionality.
- Perform upgrades, patches, and maintenance tasks for Jira software.
- **User Support and Training**:

- Provide technical support to Jira users, addressing queries and troubleshooting issues.
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation for Jira best practices.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across projects.
- **Process Optimization**:

- Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and customize Jira to align with business processes.
- Develop and implement workflows, dashboards, and reports for better project tracking and management.
- Automate processes using Jira automation rules or scripting.
- **Integration and Scalability**:

- Integrate Jira with other tools like Confluence, Bitbucket, Git, or CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure scalability of Jira instances to meet growing business demands.
- Work with IT teams to ensure compliance with security and data management standards.
- **Reporting and Analytics**:

- Generate and maintain custom reports for tracking project progress, resource allocation, and KPIs.
- Use Jira filters (JQL) to create dynamic reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
- **System Maintenance**:

- Perform regular health checks and audits of Jira systems.
- Backup and restore data as needed, ensuring data integrity and availability.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 3-4 years of experience as a Jira Administrator or in a similar role.
- Experience in managing Atlassian tools (Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.).
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence administration.
- Familiarity with APIs and integration frameworks.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
