To provide day to day operations, end user systems support, handling of issues on Finance Applications.
To support users daily and month-end batch processing along with month end tasks.
To maintain system security and configuration and Development, enhancement and support of core Finance Application(Workday).
Reconciliation set up, including create/maintain accounts, match rules, user groups & views on recon tools.
Developing reports using SSRS & Crystal reporting tools and analytical skills using advance Excel.
Maintaining different companies with the changes like addition/deletion/update of Reconciler/supervisor/manager.
Development/maintenance of import formats & look up tables.
Creating/maintaining/monitoring execution of different scheduled jobs on admin modules.
Resolving data related issues for users, working effectively with source team to resolve issues from their end.
Requests - Monitor, process and assist users with assigned tickets based upon the criticality and priority in SharePoint and Jira.
System version upgrade - validating system end to end for all modules of reconciliation with use case scenarios.

**Required Qualifications**

Bachelors degree or equivalent
Technical(BE, B Tech., MCA) Bachelors degree required
