**Key Responsibilities**
- Support team in updating existing training courses in a variety of forms.
- Review & update training content to make sure it follows Brand and style guidelines.
- Perform online course testing for publication.

**Required Qualifications**
- Graduate/Postgraduate from any reputed university
- 1-3 years of experience in instructional design with understanding of training and design strategy.
- Exposure to different training products like simulations, WBTs, ILTs, job aids, and QRCs
- Working knowledge of tools such as Articulate Storyline, Premier Pro, Microsoft Office etc.
- Should possess excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.
