Required Skills and Experience
Advanced hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence (administration, customisation and optimisation) in a lar
enterprise environment.
Extensive knowledge of the Atlassian product suite, including JPD, Atlas Goals and Jira Align.
Proven experience in creating and managing complex workflows, automation rules and permission scheme
Good knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFE) and Jira configuration for Agile team
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex Atlassian Enterprise related
issues.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to train and engage with non-technical users.
