**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision & Operations Management**:

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations at the mining site to ensure efficient and safe extraction of sand.
- Oversee the work of mining operators, equipment operators, laborers, and other site personnel.
- Ensure the sand mining activities adhere to operational guidelines, standards, and timelines.
- **Safety & Compliance**:

- Enforce all safety protocols and regulations to minimize accidents, injuries, and environmental damage.
- Conduct safety meetings and training sessions for all on-site workers.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national mining regulations, including environmental laws and labor laws.
- **Equipment and Machinery Management**:

- Ensure the proper functioning of mining and extraction equipment.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs and coordinate the repair and servicing of machinery and equipment.
- Ensure that operators are well-trained in using equipment safely and effectively.
- **Quality Control & Site Assessment**:

- Conduct regular inspections of the mining site to monitor the quality of sand extraction and processing.
- Ensure that sand extraction methods comply with industry best practices and environmental guidelines.
- **Environmental and Waste Management**:

- Monitor the environmental impact of the mining activities and implement mitigation measures where necessary.
- Ensure proper disposal and management of waste generated on-site to minimize environmental harm.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain records of daily activities, including work progress, safety reports, and equipment performance.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management regarding site operations, worker performance, and any issues or delays.
- Monitor and control inventory of materials, equipment, and consumables used on-site.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Provide leadership and guidance to the team on-site, ensuring high morale, discipline, and motivation.
- Address any labor or personnel issues on-site and escalate to management as needed.
- **Coordination with Other Teams**:

- Coordinate with transport and logistics teams to ensure sand is delivered on time and in the correct quantity.
- Collaborate with quality control and environmental monitoring teams to maintain high operational standards.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role in the sand mining, construction, infrastructure or similar industries.
- Hands-on experience with mining equipment and operations is a plus.
- Knowledge of mining regulations, environmental compliance, and health & safety standards.
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Basic understanding of environmental regulations and sustainable mining practices.

**Personal Attributes**:

- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to work long hours and in physically demanding conditions.
- Must be proactive, disciplined, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Should be familiar with the local geography, community and work environment.

**Compensation**:

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
