**Job Title: Mines Mate / Blasting Mate**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**As Mines Supervisor**:

- Supervise day-to-day mining operations ensuring compliance with mining plans and safety regulations.
- Maintain statutory records (e.g., shift reports, logbooks, inspection records).
- Coordinate with geologists, engineers, and equipment operators to ensure production targets.
- Conduct pre-shift and post-shift inspections to identify potential hazards.
- Ensure all safety gear and protocols are being followed by workers.
- Liaise with the Mine Manager and DGMS authorities when required.

**As Blasting Mate**:

- Assist in the preparation and execution of controlled blasting activities.
- Handle, store, and transport explosives in compliance with Explosives Rules, 2008.
- Ensure safety of workers and machinery during blasting operations.
- Conduct post-blast inspections and record data for analysis.
- Report any misfire or unusual occurrences immediately to the competent authority.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Minimum Class 10th pass.
- **Certification** (mandatory):

- **Mines Foreman / Supervisor Certificate** issued by DGMS (for Mines Supervisor).
- **Blasting Mate Certificate** issued by DGMS (for Blasting Mate).
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in open-cast or underground mines.
- **Knowledge**:

- Strong understanding of mining processes, safety norms, and explosive handling.
- Familiarity with Indian mining laws and DGMS compliance.
- **Skills**:

- Leadership, team supervision, and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of mining machinery and tools.
- Ability to respond quickly to emergencies.

**Work Conditions**:

- Physically demanding role; requires working in extreme weather and rugged terrain.
- Shift-based work including night shifts and weekends, depending on production needs.

- As per industry standards and qualifications.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
