**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of site workers and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Enforce health and safety regulations and conduct regular site inspections.
- Ensure materials and equipment are available on-site as needed.
- Interpret and implement project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
- Resolve on-site issues and report any delays or problems to the Project Manager.
- Maintain accurate records of site operations, including daily logs and reports.
- Liaise with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders as needed.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with company and industry standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role.
- Knowledge of construction methods, health and safety practices, and project management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and project management software (if applicable).
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in construction management or a related field is a plus.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,700.00 per month
