**About Us**:
Traders Circuit is a fast-growing trading advisory app focused on empowering new and aspiring traders with the tools, strategies, and expert insights they need to succeed in the stock market. We are now looking to expand our user base through strategic digital marketing and ad campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on **Google Ads** (Search, Display, YouTube) and **Meta platforms** (Facebook, Instagram).
- Develop creative, high-converting ad strategies focused on **increasing app installations and user engagement**.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like **Google Analytics, Firebase, Meta Business Suite**, etc.
- Conduct **A/B testing** of creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages to continuously improve results.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to craft compelling ad creatives and app store listings.
- Manage ad budgets efficiently to achieve the **lowest possible cost-per-install (CPI)** while scaling installs.
- Implement **retargeting campaigns** and set up custom audiences to boost conversions.
- Stay updated with digital advertising trends, policies, and algorithm changes on both platforms.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Google and Meta.
- Proven track record of **user acquisition and mobile app marketing**.
- Strong understanding of CPI, CTR, CAC, ROAS, and other performance metrics.
- Experience in using **Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, and attribution tools**.
- Familiarity with the **stock market or fintech sector** is a strong plus.
- Analytical mindset with excellent command of data and reporting tools.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.
- Experience in **ASO (App Store Optimization)**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
