**Position**: Digital Marketing Expert Experience: 5+ Years

**Location**: Kolkata

**Role and Responsibilities**: As a Digital Marketing Expert at Advent Education, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive user acquisition, and increase engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and optimize campaigns that resonate with our target audience and align with our business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging, branding, and targeting across different platforms.
- Content Marketing: Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and valuable content that speaks to our audience, driving traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Social Media Management: Manage and optimize social media platforms to increase brand awareness, foster community engagement, and drive user interaction. Monitor trends and implement social media best practices.
- SEO and SEM: Lead efforts to enhance organic search visibility through on-page and off-page optimization strategies. Manage paid advertising campaigns to drive targeted traffic and optimize ROI.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns and marketing efforts. Use data-driven insights to continually refine strategies.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Collaborate with UI/UX teams to enhance website and landing page performance, focusing on improving conversion rates and user experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the EduTech, eLearning, or technology sectors.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot) are a plus.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
