**The Role**:
As a Digital Marketing Expert at ProductNova, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive product and business growth. You will be responsible for driving marketing campaigns across channels and growing our businesses.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Digital Marketing Strategy**: Formulate and execute robust digital marketing strategies aligned with ProductNova, our partner objectives and overall business goals. Tweak and optimize existing strategies to grow revenue 2X.
**Collaboration**: Inspire a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and foster a collaborative work environment.
**Campaign Management**: Oversee the end-to-end management of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and optimization for maximum ROI. Utilize data-driven insights to continuously refine and enhance campaign performance.
**Lead Generation**: Build and optimize B2B and B2C Lead gen pipeline for ProductNova and its clients for their respective products and services across channels.
**Analytics and Reporting**: Implement robust analytics frameworks to measure and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
**Stay Abreast of Industry Trends**: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges in the market.
**Partner Collaboration**: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners/clients, acting as the primary point of contact for digital marketing initiatives. Collaborate with partners to understand their business objectives and tailor strategies accordingly.
**Qualifications**:
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Bachelors degree in Software is preferred.
- Proven **3 to 4 yrs+ experience in B2B and B2C Digital marketing** with a focus on product and business growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a high-performing team.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics platforms.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per month
