We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Expert who has proven expertise in the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) program and a deep understanding of the Australian market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **VEU Program Marketing**: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies specifically tailored to the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) program.
- **Website Management**: Oversee the management, maintenance, and optimisation of the company’s website to ensure maximum visibility and lead conversion.
- **Social Media Management**: Create, manage, and grow the company’s presence across various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- **Online Advertising**: Plan and execute targeted online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, social media ads, and other relevant platforms.
- **Content Creation**: Develop high-quality content that resonates with our target audience, including blog posts, articles, social media updates, and more.
- **SEO & Analytics**: Implement SEO best practices to enhance organic traffic and monitor website analytics to measure performance and make data-driven decisions.
- **Sales Focus**: Drive maximum online sales through effective digital marketing strategies, ensuring a high return on investment.

**Independent Work**:Work independently and proactively, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver exceptional results.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically within the VEU program in Australia.
- In-depth knowledge of the Australian market and energy efficiency sector.
- Strong expertise in website management, social media, and online advertising.
- Excellent content creation skills with a focus on SEO and engagement.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and drive results.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate.
