- Leverage Naukri and other job portals to source and attract top talent.

- Achieve recruitment targets and contribute to the overall success of the HR team.

**Qualifications (Skills/Competencies)**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on Sales and IT hiring.
- Proficiency in HRMS and job portals such as Naukri.
- Strong understanding of HR concepts and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.
- Result-oriented with a strong focus on achieving recruitment goals.
- High level of responsibility, flexibility, and teamwork.
