We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Head of Recruitment to lead our organization's talent acquisition function. This role is responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies that attract, engage, and retain top talent across all departments and levels. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, data-driven decision-making, and a deep understanding of modern recruitment practices to drive growth and success.
As the Head of Recruitment, you will oversee a team of recruiters and collaborate with senior leadership to align hiring goals with business objectives while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Develop and implement a company-wide recruitment strategy aligned with long-term business goals.
Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team, ensuring high performance, collaboration, and professional development.
Partner with department heads and HR business partners to forecast talent needs and prioritize hiring efforts.
Strengthen the company’s employer brand through campaigns, social media, job boards, and career events.
Continuously improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, and hiring efficiency using best practices and new technologies.
Promote inclusive hiring practices and develop initiatives to attract diverse talent.
Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), data analytics, and recruitment marketing tools to optimize the talent acquisition process.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction.
Manage or oversee recruitment for senior-level, niche, or high-priority roles.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment partners, agencies, and platforms.
Ensure all hiring practices comply with labor laws, data protection regulations, and internal policies.
