**Job Description**:

- Assist in distribution of cases from incoming queue to appropriate queue
- Manage cases and update the ticketing system (Salesforce)
- Work closely and collaboratively with Customers, Field Sales Representatives and other members of Inside Sales/Customer Service Associate
- Identify the appropriate response and strategy to solve customer issues as quickly as possible
- Overlap with EST morning time for status update

Qualifications:

- A bachelor’s degree with 2 to 4 years’ experience in a customer-facing role (training provided)
- Working knowledge of entering orders, running order related transactions in SAP will be a huge advantage (training provided)
- Persistence to achieve a high volume of case activity each day while maintaining a positive and energetic attitude
- The ability to multi-task while working in fast-paced environment
- Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities simultaneously, maintaining a high-volume pace
