Job Title: Fashion Designer (4+ Years Experience)

Location: Jaipur

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
Research and analyze fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and materials.

Conceptualize and create innovative designs based on market demands and brand identity.

Develop sketches, mood boards, and detailed technical drawings.

Select appropriate fabrics, embellishments, and trims for collections.

Collaborate with merchandisers, pattern makers, and production teams to ensure design feasibility.

Oversee sample development and ensure designs meet quality and aesthetic standards.

Present design ideas to management and make necessary modifications based on feedback.

Stay updated with industry trends and competitor analysis.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.

Minimum 4 years of experience in fashion designing, preferably in [mention specific fashion category, e.g., ethnic wear, casual wear, luxury wear, etc.].

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and CAD software.

Strong knowledge of fabrics, patterns, embroidery, and garment construction.

Excellent sketching and visualization skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in sustainable fashion and knowledge of eco-friendly materials.

Understanding of merchandising and market trends.

Prior experience in handling customized or made-to-order designs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
