**Job description**

Production, collaborate on design, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Hand work & dyeing knowledge.
- Capability to make a collection by own.
- Experience in woman ethnic wear like Saree & unstitches dress material.
- Good in manage follow-ups on excel or google sheet.
- Source materials and coordinate with vendors for timely procurement.
- Monitor inventory, track orders, and manage timelines to meet deadlines.
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to guide product development.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in ethnic wear merchandising and production management.
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, patterns, and design processes.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- 3+ Years’ experience in merchandising
- **Bachelor's Degree**in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Fashion Merchandising, Apparel

Production, or a related field or any Graduation
