Develop seasonal collections aligned with brand aesthetics and fashion trends.
Work on detailed illustrations, mood boards, and technical sketches using Photoshop & Corel Draw.
Source and experiment with fabrics, trims, and embellishments suitable for both western and fusion styles.
Sampling & Production Translate design concepts into samples with the in-house team.
Ensure fittings, pattern corrections, and fabric usage align with quality and cost.
Collaborate with the merchandising and production teams for smooth execution.
Trend & Market Research Stay updated with global and Indian trends in western & fusion fashion.
Analyze competitor collections and contribute ideas for differentiation.
Brand Aesthetics Maintain Fashion Dwar's identity: modern yet rooted in premium quality and detail.
Ensure every design reflects elegance, comfort, and commercial appeal.
Key Skills & Tools: Software: Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw (must have strong command).
Fabric Knowledge: Cotton, Rayon, Muslin, Chanderi, Silk, Blends & their drapes.
Design Expertise: Western silhouettes, dresses, coord sets, fusion wear.
Strong visualization, sketching & digital illustration skills.
Knowledge of garment construction, patterns, and embroidery placement.
Ability to work under deadlines with creativity and precision.
Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Fashion Design or related field.2–5 years of professional experience in women's western or fusion fashion.
Portfolio of previous work (required).
