**Essential Qualifications, Training and Experience**:

- Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience as a Process

Trainer
- Any Graduate/Post graduate Order Management;
primarily should know the Order Entry,

Modifications, Holds Management, Handling

customer queries and Invoicing to customers.
- Should have knowledge of ERPs or CRM tools

(like SAP, SNOW, Oracle, Cosmic etc.) will be an

added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools, Word, Excel and

PowerPoint, Outlook and with business systems
- Ready to work from client location

**Personal Attributes required**:

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Eye for detail to ensure high accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Willingness to learn new processes and tasks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 2 years (preferred)
